What is a Work Permit?

Outsiders who work without a work permit face different consequences, as do firms that employ outsiders. Outsiders working without work permission are reported to the Ministry of Interior for expulsion if competent professionals are identified. Firms who hire outsiders without a work permit, on the other hand, must pay the nonnative family’s convenience charges, as well as the expenditures necessary for his return to their country and the regulatory penalties.

Temporary Work Permit

Requirements:

  • The employment contract, work environment title and address, character data of the outsider, the outsider’s position at the workplace, month-to-month net salary, and so on should all be indicated.
  • Biometric Photo of an outsider, taken during the past six months
  • Copy of the foreigner’s visa.
  • Copy of Confirmation of nonnativnonnativeworn Turkish interpretation and confirmed by the authority.
  • Profit/Loss Explanation approved by the charge office or arranged by the company’s licensed financial bookkeeper for the last year.
  • In the case of a non-native proprietor or accomplice of the company, the Employment Contract, Exchange Registry Gazette, and the company’s Movement Certificate.
  • If the outsider is the company’s owner or accomplice, select the “Outside Company Accomplice / Commerce Proprietor” option from the e-Work Allow system.
  • If the outsider works as a teacher, the “Preparatory Consent Certificate” is received from the National Education Service, as well as the “Allow to Open an Institution and Begin Instruction” of the instructive institution.

How to Apply?

Depending on your home status, there are two different application processes for obtaining work authorization in Turkey.

Application in Turkey:

Foreign citizens living in Turkey do not need to apply for a work permit at Turkish offices outside the country. To get a work permit, these remote citizens must first hold a substantial home permit for at least six months.

Application Process from Abroad:

Foreigners must apply for work permits through Turkish government offices, offices in their home countries, or where they legally reside. If you’re working for an outside employer, you must first apply for a work visa at the appropriate embassy or office and obtain a reference number. At that point, the boss must submit the stated archives and information to the framework for approval. After these stages are done, the job application is finalized.
